By scheduling a service with us at Diamond Pressure Washing ("we", "our", or "us"), you ("the client") agree to the following terms and conditions. Our goal is to provide safe, professional, and high-quality results while setting clear expectations for every project. 
 

2. Service Disclaimer

• Results depend on the age, material, and condition of the surface being cleaned. 
• Some stains (such as deep rust, deep oil, or organic growth) may not be fully removable. 
• We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing issues including loose siding, peeling paint, cracked surfaces, deteriorated wood, or faulty installation.
• We may decline a service on surfaces we determine unsafe or unsuitable for pressure washing.

3. Liability

• While every precaution is taken, Diamond Pressure Washing is not liable for damage caused by conditions beyond our control, such as fragile materials, hidden defects, or extreme weather.
• Clients must ensure access to water and electricity and prodive a clear workspace before service begins.

4. Estimates & Pricing

• Prices listed online or in promotions are starting estimates. Final costs may vary based on property size, condition, and job complexity.
• Additional services requested during the appointment may be billed separately.
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Privacy Policy

• Client information (such as name, phone number, email, and address) is collected only for scheduling, communication, and billing.
• We do not sell or share client data with third parties.
• By providing your contact details, you consent to communication regarding services, updates, and promotions from Diamond Pressure Washing.

7. Policy Updates

Diamond Pressure Washing may revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, clients are encouraged to review them periodically.
